We work closely with trusted local builders and trades to bring quality builds to market. Our project managers are highly experienced and understand the building process from start to finish.

Where it all began

In 2014, and in partnership with a local developer, we developed Rochfort Terraces, a 19-lot subdivision in Havelock North. Over the next several years we brought 220 sections to the market, and so our residential development journey began.
