Tumu acquired the development from a distressed developer in 2016 with resource consent already in place and 11 of 66 villas mostly complete. Taking on the role of head contractor, Tumu tendered, and project managed all sub-trades overseeing the completion of the remaining works including civil infrastructure, construction of 55 villas and the communal building together with the landscaping throughout the village.
Frimley Village was successfully completed and fully sold in 2019.
